Designated address
Customers can fill in the receiving address by themselves, including residential or business address. After the order is shipped, SF Express staff will contact the customer to confirm the delivery arrangement. SF Store/ EF Locker
Customers can use the options to choose/fill in their own receiving information. After the goods arrive, SF Express will send the pick-up notice to the recipient by SMS. Please show the SMS notice to the SF staff when picking up the goods, or pick up the goods from EF Locker by using the SMS instruction.
Shipping and delivery time
Generally, the order will be delivered to the logistics company within about 1-2 working days after the order and payment are confirmed; under normal circumstances, the logistics company will deliver the goods within 2-3 working days. The status of the shipment can be traced by the tracking number, which will be found from the order status after the shipment is being processed. The above estimated days are limited to general circumstances, and do not include special days or time periods, such as inventory settlement, or special events such as pre-sale goods, etc.
Shipping fee calculation
The shipping fee will be automatically calculated by the SF Express Logistic System (API) based on the volume and weight of the goods (including packaging); the actual shipping fee will be displayed directly after adding the goods to the shopping cart; customers can reconfirm on the check out page.

Warranty Policy:
Authorized Dealer Imported item
Licensed products are maintained by the authorized dealer. The actual warranty period and scope are subject to the agent’s terms. Customers need to contact and follow up with the authorized dealer.
Parallel Imported Item
Warranty provided by our company, unless otherwise stated, the general maintenance period is 30 days. The scope of warranty service includes inspection, repair and parts costs.
Replacement by shopping guarantee
In the first 7 days of the warranty period, if the customer finds that the product has operational problems, for parallel imported products, the customer must contact our company and provide relevant information within the first 7 days of the warranty period and wait for our company’s confirmation and make appointment. After our staff of the service center process the inspection and confirms that the product meets the criteria of the replacement shopping guarantee (usually about 3-7 working days); our staff will arrange for the customer to visit our customer service center to pick up the new product. Regarding the authorized dealer products, customer have to follow the terms of the authorized dealer, and need to contact and follow up with the authorized dealer.
The following(s) is/are not included in the coverage:
- Any part of the product has cracks, rust, water stains, corrosion, cracks, burns, unevenness, damage, incomplete parts and other surface damage.
- Damage caused by human accident, negligence, improper voltage input, improper installation or testing, unauthorized repair or modification; direct or indirect damage caused by improper use of equipment or abnormal operation of the equipment itself.
